The GERBER EDGE^® 2 is the revolutionary digital color imaging system used by Toltec that permanently fuses high-resolution images to precision punched vinyls and films. Digital imaged decal production is also known as thermal transfer.

With multiple color and electronic die cutting capabilities, we are producing front and rear panel decals, warning labels, and small signage for industrial and military applications.

For prototyping, we produce full color samples for preliminary approval of the final product. Artwork is computer generated and imaged with no dies required at time of output, saving time and money.

Over 200 background colors of Scotchcal vinyl, as well as clear, are available with over fifty solid and unlimited four-color printable process colors.

With the electronic die cutting feature, we are able to cut any shape or configuration, including cut letters, without the delay and expense of mechanical dies. We can also precut any holes and patterns that may be required.

Quantity is no problem. We can do one or a lot. Repeat orders are typically available within 48 hours.
